The 4.0 SDK provides many enhancements to the user experience. Many of them were already in of the default Apple applications and are now available to all developers. The company has provided an elegant solution to advertising by creating ads that display modally when the user taps them. The goal is for ads to be more than just text and links but to include rich content such as games and videos.
